Westview Public School Shares February Activities

Westview Public School had plenty of activities throughout the month of February.  Educational Associate, Mr. John Brady McDonald, shared his gift of storytelling with classes.   A school wide spirit day was held celebrating the 100 Days of School.  Staff and students dressed like they were 100 years old.  On Pink Shirt Day we “Lifted Each Other Up” by participating in positive interactions and class discussions about how to be a friend and not a bully.   Our Grade 7/8 boys’ basketball team had the opportunity to practice with the PACI Bears boys’ basketball team.  This was definitely a highlight for our team this season.   Finally, we wrapped up the basketball season with a friendly game between staff and the basketball teams. GO WOLVES GO!

Without a doubt, our February activities are now some of the Westview Wolf Pack’s favorite school memories!
