At Riverside, Aski learned code with his kindergarten partners in Mr. Parenteau’s class with Mrs. Monette who also assisted in other classes division wide.

W.P. Sandin students led by Mrs. Holz coded online and with the ‘Maker Space’ kit. They experimented with programmable balls, cubes and 3D pens to create and manipulate using the logic they had just learned.

“We have had a wonderful experience with Hour of Code”, said Mrs. Neudorf. “The students of every grade were so excited and engaged. The vocabulary learned was awesome. Grades 2-8 did it independently and K and grade 1 did it with the teacher.  Such a great learning experience.” -Gwen Neudorf Osborne School
