| Overview:
Ideal for new teachers or those new to SRPSD, this session highlights strategies that strengthen students’ understanding of words, spelling patterns, and morphology. Participants will explore the SRPSD Literacy Look-Fors and learn how to effectively use recommended resources such as UFLI and Bug Club Morphology to improve word study and reading instruction. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 10 teachers requiring a sub; if a sub is not needed (e.g., for a DC/CSC), participants are welcome to attend. |
