| Purpose:
 To build collective teacher efficacy by implementing research-based high impact instructional strategies. 
 Learning Intentions: To promote a holistic understanding of Phonemic Awareness and Phonics through a Science of Reading lens. Success Criteria: Participants will develop a thorough understanding of the Literacy Model and how phonemic awareness, phonics and decodable books fit and function within it.  |
