The Leadership Learning Community is designed to support school leadership teams with their school goal. Teams will dig into research, explore evidence best practices, and learn processes that they can use to support their staff towards collective teacher efficacy. The focus of the work: · Developing community and cross-cultural competency · Instructional Leadership · Implementing high effect instructional practices · Collective Teacher Efficacy
