Opportunity to meet as a collaborative team for a combination of professional development, networking, information sharing & group problem-solving.
Learning Intentions: Leading to Learn session – assess, reflect & celebrate personal & professional growth in the understanding and embodiment of anti-racist, anti-oppressive education Networking & collaboration, information sharing & group problem-solving in response to Learner Presurvey/feedback from IECs, SW, School-based admin leading up to this meeting
Success Criteria: Strengthened connections to both school and division team Monitor & celebrate small and large shifts in teacher practice and student outcomes
