| Overview:
In order to create environment where students are seen, feel belonging and thrive and achieve, our work must first begin with our nervous system. When adults become aware of their nervous system, they can recognize their emotional triggers or activators, sense the dysregulation in their bodies and brains and responds accordingly. This workshop will present the practical work from Dr. Lori Desautels. |
