Community Partners Support Literacy
It is a privilege to have such great community partners that support SRPSD schools in their focus on Literacy. The Prince Albert Raiders is an organization that supports the community and schools in many ways. Recently, members of the Raiders joined a literacy event at Ecole Vickers Public School and shared their support for literacy by reading to groups of students and encouraging them to develop a love of reading. Members of Prince Albert Fire Department also visited Ecole Vickers Public School for the literacy event and were a great hit as they connected with students, shared some stories and helped students develop their literacy skills. Providing excellence for every learner is not easy, but the support of community partners like the Raiders and PAFD and others certainly helps to make it possible. Thank you!
