Intended Audience:

Cluster 3-Educational Assistants

The purpose of this PD is to equip E.A.’s with the knowledge, skills, and practical strategies necessary to effectively support students with complex learning and behavioral needs. This includes students who have diagnoses (such as ASD, ADHD, or learning disabilities), developmental delays, or have experienced trauma. The focus will be on gaining actionable, compassionate, and flexible strategies. Regardless of the cause, the strategies to support students are the same.
