We have thoughtfully scheduled the assessment days to align with other events across the school division that require substitute teachers. Each assessment day has a designated number of substitutes available, ensuring that we don’t exceed capacity and cause shortages in schools.

 

·        The principal will arrange for substitute teacher(s) on the day(s) they have registered.

 

·        The principal informs their secretary that they have made these bookings so that the secretary can follow the ‘Entering Time for Additional Sub Teachers & EAs’ document to ensure the sub is paid correctly.

 

·        The secretary will enter the Sub time as ‘Extra-No Absent Emp-Curriculum’.
