What did you do this summer?

It’s been a busy summer for SRPSD students with many involved in literacy, music and sport camps. Most recently Carlton Crusaders Sport Camp saw Grade 6-9 students learning about Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, and Track and Field. Crusader Sport Camp Instructors include current Crusader Coaches, Athletes and Crusader Alumni. Each athlete receives a Crusader Sport Camp

Celebrating Canada 150 and Quilting for a Cause

15 grade 5-8 students at Princess Margaret Public School along with Mrs. Kidd, have had the opportunity to be part of the Canadian Quilters Association’s “Big Quilting Bee”. Meath Park Student and The Canada Day Challange

Emily Zbaraschuk, a grade 8 Meath Park Public School student, submitted a poem that she wrote for the Canada Day Challenge.  The contest was open to young Canadians from 8 to 18 years of age across Canada to submit their best, most dynamic drawings, photos or pieces of creative writing to celebrate Canada’s 150 years of Confederation.

PACI Music Room
